LabCostume, Laboratorio di Costume per lo Spettacolo, was born as a project to bring together a group of professionals with the same passion for the Costume and Fashion.
Today LabCostume is a creative enterprise that organizes courses, seminars and internships. It collaborates with various theaters and companies, participates in and organizes events.

Professor: Performance Costume

Emiliano Sicuro

Always fond of arts and entertainment, today a professional who has honed his creative instincts as a costume designer for opera and theatre, a stylist for haute couture, a designer and creator of accessories. In 2006 he founded LabCostume.

Professor: Historical Tailoring and Patternmaking

Monica Atzori

An innate passion for cutting and sewing developed in academic studies and refined while working with the major theatre costume shops.

Professor: Tailoring Basics and Professional Tailoring

Karina Cornejo

Exposed to the artistic world form an early age, grew up surrounded by fabrics and tackings. Her passion for tailoring, become her work and her know-how to pass on to her students, so that in 2009 she joined the LabCostume team.

Professor: Tailoring - Basic and Advanced Levels

Christian Spiti

Expert in art history, brings in-depth expertise to the classroom of styles and fabrics of past eras, accompanying students on a journey through time with enthusiasm and competence.

Professor: Millinery

Carla Tagliaferri

An outstanding creativity that is expressed in the creation of hats - the result of manual labour and great passion, thanks to which she has been collaborating with major fashion houses and laboratories taking part in theater and film projects internationally.

Professor: Movie and Theatre Makeup

Francesca Brugioni

The passion for the world of makeup has motivated her to work as a makeup artist in various fields: from photography to fashion, theater to cinema. She specializes in recreating vintage hairstyles and makeup.
